Wheelmax.com!!!!

Just FYI, they have been a complete pain in the ass to deal with. I ordered my rims two weeks ago and I am still waiting on my tracking info. They said they shipped Friday but they thought it would be a good idea to charge my American Express about week before hand. Getting someone on the phone to talk about buying something is no problem. Getting someone on the phone to get info about your order is a complete pain in the ass. So far I am not impressed. I will keep you updated...

I had a great experience with www.whalentire.com .

They have an excellent website (informative and helpful). I had my wheels and tires shipped (pre-mounted and balanced) and received within a week.

That sucks. I was just down there this past Saturday checking out some wheels and was already thinking of going through them. Hopefully I won't have to go through any hassles with them since I live close by.

Wheelmax shipped me the wrong wheels. I ordered +45 offset, they shipped me +40 and claimed that they were +45 and I must be mistaken. Send them a picture of the stamp on the wheel.

Shipped the wheels and tires back. Took 3 months to get my money back from them.

I hope you have better luck then me.

I guess I am really glad I used my AMEX. If I have any problems I wont have any problem giving AMEX a call and letting them know I didn't get what I wanted and let them deal with it.

There is a 1st genner that also had problems with wheelmax. When he finally received his wheels, one of them was for a 5 lug vehicle.

I have ordered 3 sets of wheels/tire from www.whalentire.com and had no problems at all. They respond to any questions you have.

Wheels boutique sux......I ordered rims on Dec. 5th......I heard nothing until the 23rd, so I called the guy and he said "oops, I forgot to call you. The rims you want are on back order." Customer service oriented my ass. I got my rims in 3 days from www.washingtontire.com. Sherry kicks ass.
