wheel width

I was thinkin of gettin a set of 19s fer my car. Is it possible that our cars can ride on 19x8.5" wheels w/o rubbing?

8 is the widest u should go with and try to get a +47 or higher offset to prevent rubbing

thanks for the input, but i did a search and found a couple people who claimed to have 19x8.5" wheels on and found no problems at all. anyone have any insight on this?

With a 8.5" wheel, you'd have to go +50 or higher offset. Not too many companies make that high of an offset.

IMO, stick with a 19X7.5 or 19X8, less hassle.
