Wheel Weight Calculation

Is there a way to determine the weight of a wheel if I know the weight of the wheel and tire together and know the PSI in the tire?

I'm trying to find the weight of the wheel w/o having to take the tire off.

Only by subracting the weight of the tire can you get the wheel weight. PSI is irrelevant....
