wheel specs-will they work?

Ace allures in 18" w/ 225/40/zr18 . They are 18x8" w/ a 43mm offset and a comptech drop . Will they rub ??????? Does anyone else have a similar set-up?

on comptech drop you should be fine

I have 225/40/18 and a Comptech Drop, but my wheel offset is +48.
Mine has never rubbed.

+43 seems a bit low to me and I would think that you might rub in certain situations.
The design of the tire will have some effect too.
Not all brands are built and measured exactly the same.

i had a 42 offset on my 18x7.5 giovanna's with 235/40 and they rubbed

Here's an incredibly stupid question... but where on the rim would the off-set be listed? I'm trying to figure out what the off-set on mine is as I didn't buy them new. Any ideas?

Pull one wheel off the car and look on the inside.
It should be cast into one of the spoke somewhere.
