Wheel purchase help

Hey guys. I am about to purchase wheels from wheelmax.com and I just had a few questions.
1) I am getting the axis se7mod and the prices there seem to be really cheap. im getting them for $1750.00 W/ tires.

2) I heard of somethings about wheelmax. I heard that they give their customers the wrong offsets on the wheels. That is a big mistake to make. So my question is, can I tell what is the offset by looking at the wheel? Is is engraved in it? I need to know so when I recieve the wheels I can send them back right away if they are not the right offset.

Thanks for any replys- This is really important.

well i have the same wheels and there is no where on the wheel where they stamp or mark the offset....i got mine from the first shipment of Axis Se7en Mod's to come out, once they came to the USA Axis sent them out to be made to the proper offset...when they came to my house they were marked on the box 45mm and on the wheels they had wrote 45 in marker on the rim

also i never heard anything good about wheelmax....I know they are no longer an Axis Dealer so i guess what they have on hand is all they have in Axis wheels, so i would be careful about it. I got mine over at http://www.spyeng.com/ great service and no problems at all

Thanks alot Ahmad310. I guess wheelmax wouldnt even have the se7en mod anymore since they dont sell Axis anymore. I have to find a price that will match wheelmaxes. thats going to be hard.

good luck, when the wheels first came out there were a little bit cheeper than they are now. My guess is that wheelmax had low prices to sell off their inventory of Axis wheels

yeah, all of those guys, Wheel Max, Wheels next and Wheels Boutique all jerked me around. I called Axis and they told me to call SPY, they said that they DO NOT SELL to Wheel Max or Wheels Next. SPY has the best "REAL" prices and great service. I would go there, ask for Derek www.spyeng.com they are huge with Axis.

I just looked for you and they have MOD 19" package prices starting @ $2,245 shipped
