Wheel Bearing

Took my TL-S in the other day cause the HomeLink wasn't working too well. They replaced the unit. They also told me that I needed a new rear wheel bearing. Anyone else have this problem? I have 7,000 miles on it.

Now if I could only get that annoying wind noise in the left window of the CL fixed...

if you went in to get your homelink checked out, why would they check your wheel bearings?

Cause they had to drive it to my house to make sure it worked on my garage door!

No, it was because it was in for the 7,500 mile service too, so apparently they drive it for that. I guess I didn't mention that cause it didn't go with the HomeLink part.

Drive it? They don't do that around here. Wierd.

Hell, I got mine back from a knuckle joint replacement and they didn't even drive it to make sure they did it right. Sure enough, after I'm off the lot something is godawful metal on metal squealing. I turned it right around and brought it back.
The backing to the brake disc or something wasn't on right so they popped it back up on a lift and fixed it. Apology accepted, but still silly that they didn't test drive it.
