Anybody else notice that the doors don't open wide enough to allow graceful (painless) entry and egress. At 6'2", w/ shot knees, it seems that the door stops about 15 to 20 degrees short of "wide open". My '84 Supra opens to about 70 degrees; plenty of room. The 450 SL I replaced w/ the CL-S opened to almost a right angle; even a giant Teutonic potato butt could gracefully float into the driver's seat. So in addition to all the lighting and performance mods, has anyone been inspired to locate or create extended door stops?

 

I would never want my car door to open that much, cuz i know that whoever was in my passenger seat would open it all the way and hit somthing.
