well i think it would pretty much be a drivers race.........but add hondata to the rsx and headers to the cl-s, then i would have to give the nod to the rsx but still depends on driver.

Really, I thought the 3.2 v6 will own the RSX-S even if the CLS is bone stock and the RSX has I/H/E??
I've stop light raced a GSR with I/H/E when I was bone stock, and I was a lot faster than the GSR, and I don't the the RSX-S is that much faster than the GSR.

Ive raced one with carbon fiber hood, lighter rims, exhaust, and intake...no headers yet, and it was no problem.

I raced my cousin several times in his RSX-S. He has I/E Short Shifter and 14 lbs wheels. I have a 03 Accord Coupe V6 w/just intake. 3 times that we raced from 0-90MPH I had 2 cars on him. They are very quick so I wouldn't doubt that its a drivers race.
