whats the diffrence in 01 and 03 headlights

whats the diffrence in 01 and 03 headlights

whats the diffrence in 01 and 03 headlights, i c some post in pps making recommendations o upgrade to 03 headlights.

pls if possible somebody tell me the diff and illusatrions with pics

03's have a black housing compared to the chrome housing on the 01 and 02's

I replaced my 03 lights with 01-02's.
I think it looks great in SSM.

i think that the 01-02's reflective corners are attached to the trim where 03 can take them out.

i took mine out as well as the amber reflection to paint it black.... not sure though, someone with 01-02 should confirm

I think I saw you last week on Chandler. I was driving East towards 40th and thought I was looking at my car (while I was in it) lol

We even have the same rims.


Mine doesn't have a tail though.

If it was you, your car looks great!

the chrome piece behind the orange reflector? as far as i know it's built in

Well like everyone has said,the only difference is the black in the headlight,but is just comes down to your own opinion and if its worth spending the money.

Is there any sites or mods to remove the reflector?
I have an 01 and want the black look 03 but cant stand the yellow reflectors... I would rather everything be clear.

The reflectors are removable in the headlights no matter what year they are.
