What's The Difference Between 2001 and 2002 CL-S

Does anyone know the difference between the 2002 and 2001 CL-S?
I'm think about buying a CL-S next month, but I don't want to regrat when i see the better 2002 type S.

better wait rumor has it from a good source that 02's will have 6 speed manual option
