dont worry dude, you're not the only one that doesn't know what it means. I'm 99% postive that it means when you hear your tires "peel out" from 1 to 2 gear. Unless of course they are talking about their cars chirping like a bird :p

This might vary slightly by Operating System, but basically
- Save the above wav file to your system
- Go to the control panel under the start menu
- Go to sounds and multimedia .. you will see a set of Sound Events
- Pick "Start Windows" ... at the bottom of the dialog, you will see a Browse button allowing you to Browse to the wav file you saved ...
