I have a craftsman beam type torque wrench that I use. I heard those don't go out of calibration and they have a lifetime warranty too. Might be a little in accurate though.
I also bought a harbor freight click type torque wrench for 10 bucks just cause it was super cheap lol

I highly doubt that, even thousand dollar wrenches need to be calibrated.
I've a car quest 150lb clicker that works great, also getting one of these to calibrate and you can even use it as a torque wrench as an adapter.
another tip is to always unwind your torque wrench after use to relieve the stress on the springs so it doesn't go out of calibration as fast.

Ive got a few, two Craftsmen and a Harbor Freight special. As ennefex said, also unwind it when you put it away. And get it calibrated every six months or so.
The SnapOn stuff is really nice, especially the digital torque wrench that vibrates when you reach the torque spec, but they are expensive. Unless you are working out of a shop or made of money, I cant see justifying the cost.
