What is your favorite mod?
Just curious about the different tastes on the board.
What IS your favorite mod? The one you couldn't live without if you could only have one.........Regardless of "bang for the bucK", the one you MUST have.
This was a tough one for me, but I think I would have to go with the springs just because they make the car look so much better and they increase handling somewhat as well.
In terms of which mod I think made the most overt difference, I would be torn between the sways and the Z-rated tires. These two tie as the mods that made the most noticeable difference overall.

Easy decision.... the Sway bars!
The springs are nice but I can live with the 4x4 look
The headers are practically useless
The intake is nice, but there is no performance benefit
The Kumhos are great too, but didn't make the car handle like the sways did.
I hate body roll. Long live sway bars!!

Even though I want headers like crazy, springs are just so key.

BTW my favorite mod would have to be the dealer installed SunRoof Visor (its all I have so far). I don't know what I'd do w/o it

I think all of my mods have enhanced the car and i would do all of them again. The headers DO give the car a kick at higher rpms and i get there alot. The sways changed the car completely and are the best bang for the buck imho. The Toyos just grip and rock. I like the look and sound of the exhaust but i could have survived without them. Which brings me to the AEM intake. I waited awhile cause i wasn't sure about the increased sound, but once you have it you're HOOKED !!! It's my fave and i'd do it first next time. Of course i haven't upgraded the springs and struts yet ......

(1) Sways, (2) Koni Shocks, (3) Springs -- I couln't live without my TUNED suspension.
(4) Headers -- I really love the extra power and exhaust resonance I get when I really punch it.

By adding comtech springs will that take away from the "ride" quality. Doesn't the car come factory with sway bars? And this Zaino stuff, where can I purchase it? Is it worth getting, I have heard mixed reviews.

I'd say springs first cuz i couldn't live w/the 4x4 look, headers next, and exhaust. Yesterday was my b-day and i got a radar detector, a passport 8500 which is supposedly the best money can buy. It definately is sweet. cai (aem silver) and res soon to come. Can't wait for 300 hp!

By far #1 springs. Gotta love that look, and feel! Then:
2. Sways
3. CAI (previous experience)
4. Brake Upgrades
5. Headers (previous experience)
6. Drag Radials
7. Exhaust
8. Tint
9. RES (this would rate higher if available.)
10. Either Koni's, or Tockico Illumina's (stock dampers OK for now.)
New pics on the way soon..........
