Besides the number of doors, what other differences, if any, will there be between the TypeS TL and CL?

How about pricing? The TL TypeS comes out this fall, right?

Seems like more mods are available for the TL than the CL, so wouldn't getting a TL Type S be more prudent since they'll both have the same specs anyway?

 

The only difference will be the design and the extra doors.

Pricing will be identical.

The only reason there are more mods for the current TL then the CL-S is, for one, the CL-S is different mechanically then the TL & CL-P... but even more importantly... the current TL is sold in Japan as the Honda Inspire/Saber... thats where a lot of the mods come from.

Im not sure this redesign is going to be sold in Japan... if it is... then you will see more mods. If it isnt... you will be in the same boat as the CL-S.

BUT...

Either way... all the performance mods should fit on both the CL-S & the TL-S.

So with the TL, the only concern should be the possibility of more appearence mods. And really, who cares about them?
