AM=Anthracite Metallic
and... NBP is Nighthawk Black Pearl...
PDG stands for Pimp Daddy Gold... Obviously it wasn't what Acura "officially" called it... Sundance Gold Pearl was the "official" name

Not really... I had to search for it... I took me awhile to find it too... 2 or 3 search strings till I found it... I think it's the equal signs between the abrv's and colors messed up my search...EDIT: Sun Diego, I originally posted that in a thread you started... I remember now, that when you asked the question.

I had to pull out my 2003 CLS brochure which had all the colors listed in the back.
If anyone is interested in buying a brochure, I found a source for them here:
http://www.formulah.com/brochures.php My brochure has 28 pages (not counting the front and back inside/outside covers).
I just stumbled across the site while doing some research on the Honda s600 and s800 roadsters from the 1960's (yeah, that's where the s2000's name came from).
I like my SMR, but after owning it for 3 years, I'm more partial to NBP, or ABP, or AM...
When I bought my car, I wanted red/parchment, with blue and black being the 2nd and 3 choices...
Now, I think blue would be first, then black or anthracite...
After owning a string of white cars, I don't think I can stand white anymore...
