What part do I need - Driver Side door (pics)

Its time to sell the good old CL-s...Even though I have an 2001 Automatic transmission CL-S, I too have a 6 speed....well, it is my 6th transmission..

ANyways, now that my extended warranty is done, Its time to get the car in selling shape..If I wanted to fix this, what do I need to buy, is it called the "Door Skin"?

(illustration 3)?

Thanks Guys!

Me too - I even went back and searched and still couldn't find it...I spent the remaining daylight hours taking apart my door and following the instructions mentioned in that thread. Just giving the glue some more time to cure. I will post pics soon, but if this works (and saves me $200+) I owe "cls6" a case of beer!

I wonder why certain parts of the CL interior swell up and get all out of shape like that... I have that same problem on a minor scale, and my dash is expanding around the defrost vents up where the dash and windshield meet. Its starting to expose the yellow insulation backing.

Done...I fixed it 85%. I used two different types of clamps so there was some uneven pressure...NOTE - Use clamps with similar tension, don't mix C Clamps and spring loaded clamps

Considering the before, I am happy with the results: Thanks again!

Ive received mixed answers on the replacement trannys. Some service guys tell me they are different, some say they are just a remanufactured tranny that is just fixed...

I have 118 k miles
