We have 17X7 (CL-S) wheels with an offset of +55. If we go to a wider wheel, should we try to increase the offset to maintain the position of the outer edge of the wider wheel, of decrease the offset to maintain the inner edge of the wider wheel? Example is the ideal offset for an 8" wheel +67 or +43? Or, are we supposed to try to maintain the center of the wheel and always shoot for an offset of +55?
