CT Headers, springs, and sways. If you go for the springs, go ahead and replace the stock struts while you're at it.

How 'bout some nice loud air horns. Or some yellow PIAA 19173 bulbs for the road lamps? '03 tails, mmmmm......
Come on, now! Stop before go: Big brakes kit or cross drilled discs!
Polk DX-6 in doors?
I saw some ricey aluminum knobs for the stereo on ebay....
Just trying to help spend your money.

3.5 liter upgrade. More displacement & slightly more compression to keep up with 3.5L Infiniti's. Probably better reliability & durability than a blown engine too. You'll also be able to win sucker bets against modded G35's because they'll think it's a stock block & have tougher time guesstimating how fast you are. Straight pipes [no cats] come after that.

If that’s all you got you've got a long way to go. The possibilities are endless. Like NSXNEXT said, what your budget?
