u know what.i have not had loaner cars for 4 years..i do go to dealership for service but every time i go,i just want oil change..so they said it just take 30 mins..and they are either out of loaners or it is too short time to drive a loaner..so
if u go to different dealership.they even charge u for loaner..i used to pay $20 for a honda civic loaner when i was driving a honda accord....

When i went to Sussman Acura I was getting an integra as a loaner and their service dept. sucked. I started going to Davis Acura which has ALOT better service and they gave me a 02 TLP! I will definately be going back there

It used to be Integra’s at my dealership, but they recently switched to a third party rental place and they now use the Ford Taurus.
Doesn’t matter too much to me because I work only 3-miles from the dealership so I don’t have to be in it that long.

I've been sent to Enterprise 3 times in the past (Chevy Silverado, Dodge Ram, Isuzu Trooper). I made an appointment (3 weeks in advance) to drop my car off yesterday and I got a 2002 RL loaner.

Here is another dept. that BMW has us beat, they loan out a better car then what you currently have. My friend has a 328 sedan and when he gets his car service he always drives out with a 5 series. BMW likes to tease you by showing you how much better the ride is if you upgrade. Acura seems like they don't even want to loan out cars and when they do its usually cheaper than the car your getting serviced.
