I'd like a history of 1/4-mile MPH along with a list of mods and type of tires used... trying to build a little study here. I don't care about E.T.
Let me start:
99.65 - Header and DR's

So, fastest auto (3.2) is 100.98... let's say 101 for ease. The fastest auto period is TypeR (3.5) @ 102mph.
Fastest 6spd (all are 3.2) is 101mph as well. Don't you guys think this is interesting that a well-modded 6spd AND a well-modded auto hit the same mph? < 1mph can be attributed to track/weather variations. This also leads me to believe that all the cars running 100-102mph are within 5whp of each other.

that is interesting.
i also find it interesting that the auto's run better 60'.
i know the auto isn't limited slip, but the vht stuck all over both front tires after being at the strip leads me to belive that both tires have traction off the line.
am i wrong?

The issue that is works against the CLS in /14 mile run is lack of traction off the line. I see most 60' time are around 2.25 or low 2.2 rarely below 2.1s on street tires.
Also, the Auto CLS is better Drag racing car for the average armature drag racer. Easier to launch and more consistent.
