Why is there a blue tip on the polargs? underneath that blue its as white as the HIDs...so can we just scratch the blue covering off or what????

Underneath all those wannabe H.I.D. bulbs is a standard light bulb.the blue coloring is what gives the bulb that near xenon look.Jens
