other than those expensive comptechs what headers do you recommend? ive searched and ive read bad things about xs headers, megans, dc sports, and obx. so what headers are worth buying because i really dont want to spend $1000 on headers.

Since you don't wanna spend $1k on headers.....try searchin the bm for a set of used Comptechs, or buy some xs or DC headers new since they are cheaper than used Comptechs

if you don't want to fork out the 1K then xs power is the way to go. for a hundred bucks you cant beat the deal. i had xs power before i went ct and had no problems at all.

The only bad things about XS really are the mounting hardware, and perhaps their longevity, which really hasn't been very confirmed anyhow.

Shit, if the XS go bad for some reason, you can just buy another pair. Most people are pretty happy with them, I still have to get mine installed.

Yes, when you remove your stock exhaust you will clearly see it.
