What gear for 5AT dyno ?

What gear, and what gate, should I dyno my 03 TL-S? I'm going for a stock baseline dyno and I want to make sure I go all the way thru the power band before I hit the limiter.

What speed do I need to start at so the kick down gear won't engage, and will third hit the speed limiter before peak hp rpm, or is it an rpm limiter?
