I Tried searching for this, but no luck. Anyone know exactly what is modified on the PCM that comes with the rebuild autoTragics. Is there any detuning done that would affect performance? I'm on #3 tranny and it's shifting horribly 2>3 after my header and intake install, and i feel a loss in power. Dealership claims they drove it and it feels fine, no problems with the tranny at this time. I was going to install the CT S/C this week, but i don't know if i should hold off.
