Ive been having problems with my factory head unit. The back light keeps going out. I sucks driving around without seeing the radio. Im going to make the jump to the Clarion MAX675VD. I would love to see if any one out there has already installed one in a NON NAV CL. Please post pics. Im wondering if i'll have any problems besides modifying the scosche single din Dash kit? I know im gonna need the SCOSCHE HA02 harness also. Is there any thing else i need to know before I dismantle my dash.

 

I have a double din Kenwood in my 03 CLS and they dont make a kit for it. I own an audio shop in Austin Texas and I made a black plastic piece that fits over the Kenwood and matches the shape of the stock radio bezel.

A couple guys on here make custom fab kits for cheap, I got one from the name I do not speak of any more. ...Ask around you can get one for cheap...

 

Looks like a good deal. You'll have to make your own kit or have someone make one for you.

 

Its pretty good... I'd look for going with an Eclipse or a Pioneer though... Cause those have navi built into them so you dont have to buy the attachment...

 

Ok guys who can mod a dash kit for the clarion double din head unit? And how much will it cost me ?

 

Oh by the way, I dont need the indash NAV I've got the GARMAN C330 and it works great. I'll be posting new pics soon as I get the new head unit installed
