What did you put in your JD Power survey?

The only problem I listed was driver seatbelt retraction (which irritates me more every day). My answers to the individual categories ranged from 5 to 10 (10's for value, generally lower numbers in the exterior styling categories and higher numbers in the handling/performance categories). Overall, I debated between 8 and 9 and ended up with a 9.

I never can quite figure out how to answer these "rate from 1 to 10" surveys.

Many 9s and 10s, but I rated the interior workmanship as low (4 to 5) and listed rattles in rear deck, doors and glove box as problems. I also had a door fit problem on the passenger side.

I rated the transmission at a 6 as I thought the downshift at highway speed was slow and the sport shift should respond quicker.

I have gotten the JD Power survey on the last three new vehicles that I bought, so once you are on the list I guess you stay there. Don't have a clue as to how you get on the list.

That's all for now folks,

I know what you mean about the seatbelt retraction, but my previous car had those damn motorized belts, which I think are worse still.

I kinda wish the cls' were height adjustable as well. my fiance's saturn has this feature, so why doesn't an acura?
