Ok, so i wake up one morning and go into my car and this biotch in a yellow beetle is sitting in her car next to mine and is staring all weird... and im like wth is her problem, i know my car is hot but damn... lol, so i go down to the leasing center of my apartment complex to ask a couple questions and come out and I see a huge door ding on my passenger side door! Im like WTFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!! IM PISSED... and i examine some more and i see yellow paint... i left a note on her car and she called me today and was like ok i dont know what your talking about blbalbla... I check out her door and theres like little scratchs n shit, and tiny little black paint marks... im like ok, how do u explain that and the yellow paint on my car. Shes like i dunno blabla, i need to go 2 work im late n shit, im like ok well ill call u tommorow morning and we'll settle it with the police... shes like OK! what can i say to the cop? I KNOW IT WAS HER THOUGH...

 

That's so fucking gay I hate when people do that shit, take pictures of the damage and when the cops come get her to park next to your car and have her open her door, the scratches/dent/paint should match up between her door and your cars body.

 

is there a camera in the parking lot of your apt complex? if so try to check that out also, to see if there is any video of her actually hitting your car ... from what you say though i'm also convinced that she hit your car, and i haven't even seen the dent, so i think the police officer will also be pretty easily convinced

since yesterday, she might have scratched off all the black paint, and the yellow paint on mine door is very tiny but its STILL YELLOW..... and i never even showed her my car, we went out to her car first then, all of a sudden, shes like OK LETS GO 2 UR CAR and look at it im like OK, and she is the one leading me to my car... so what does that mean? she obviously knows wat my car is because SHE HIT THE SHIT... but i did tell her i own the black acura CL that u hit, but i took off all my emblems and stuff so how would she know my car was the black acura, there was also a blk TL right next to her car....my car was on the other side of the parking lot...

When I got my car the passenger side had 2 dings in it, which I could live with since I didn't see that side so often, and my drivers side was pristine! yeah man, wata biatch... ok so an officer just came over and looked at my car and the bitchs car, i called the bitch, she wouldnt pick up, the officer went over to the leasing center and try to get her apt number and it was totally false, because she lives on the 3rd floor and they told the cop 6th floor and me n the cop were like WTF!@? lol he was really cool with everything, i told him every single thing, and hes like, ok that ding on ur door isnt SO BAD, if u really want to take this further, i could, but its not worth it, and he gave me his number and card n shit, and told me to leave her a message and give her his number so he can talk 2 her wen shes available. im like ok... he also said she could be arrested! im like LOL, stupid biatch... i told him, it could be considered a hit and run right? n shit... n hes like yes, but give her my number and name and ill speak with her and get it done for ya and get her insurance. im like YAY =], so im gonna leeave that slut a message now.

Just remember, in this instance, the burden of proof is on YOU. Meaning, she is innocent until you prove her guilty.

If you're seeing damages - her paying for the repair etc etc, you might want to look into the following:

1) Get a witness/ take a picture of her car being parked on a regular basis or near your car on that day.

2) Take picture of the dent in your car - make sure picture has her paint color on or around the dent

3) Take picture of where it would've hit on her car - making sure again, that your paint is on or around there.

IF you're just looking for an apology, I say drop it, it'll just waste your time. But if you're contemplating she should pay for damages or if she won't do it willingly, that you take her to small claims court, then the evidence above should make your allegation solid.

Why don't you tell her you can take it to a paintless repair center and have the ding fixed for under $100.

I know its the principle of the matter, you are teaching this dumbass a lesson about responsibility and not abusing other peoples shit.

1st- Suggest to her that it is only $100 to have it fixed, if she refuses to pay then tell her

2nd- I will pay it for myself and take you to small claims court where you will end up having to pay court fees, and I am going to tack on time and inconvenience in addition to the $100. So it is going to end up costing you upwards of (make up a number around $700-$1000) instead of under $100.

Then tell her to decide, this is a great scare tactic when people have the cards laid out in front of them.
