What is this bulb housing called?

Does anyone know what the technical name of this type of bulb housing is?

These are the bulbs that illuminate the seat heater assembly, but I believe the housings are similar for the climate control and other dash lights...

I'm wondering if the housing is the same, or compatible with the bulbs listed at the bottom of this page, under "Instrument Cluster and Gauge Backlights" where it lists T1.5 #73/#74 housings:

If those LEDs/housings are compatible, it would just require knowing what type of resistor would be required to use those LEDs to replace all the bulbs. Anyone know how many ohms the resistors should be?
