If you got U.M. (Uninsured Motorist) in your policy. That could save you deductible.

1) Get a report / security tape from Walmart;
2) Get a police report;
3) report with your insurance company within 72 hours as hit and run.
4) Report to DMV if damage is over $500.00 by law (in California, other states vary).

Good luck.

Nope, no copies.

Go there around the same time of day as the person might shop there often.
Maybe you’ll see the truck that you saw on the security camera and see some damage on the trailer hitch.
If it’s a perfect match for the damage on your hood, I’d say you have a case.
Maybe you might even find some of your paint on the other vehicle.

Just a thought.
And then they would also be fined for leaving the scene of an accident.

Did you get a copy of the security tape ?

I reported it to my insurance and they will be fixing the car. Deductible for hit and run is $250. I was mistaken. Had a police report done. Also Estimate was $1300 for all the work. EEK! Thats why I had to get the insurance involved.

Sorry about the incidence...but dude, if you're running on stock alarm, at least put the damn shock sensor in. Cost you $20 and takes about 5 mins of your life to put in. BTW, check with Walmart security...hopefully they have a camera in the parking lot and recorded the incidence? Keep your fingers crossed on that one though

Just dropped off my baby to get fixed.

And they gave me a 2002 Maxima SE for a rent-a-car! :P

Been tearing that car up! Its defintely a PEPPY CAR! I had a 2001 222hp model. but damn, this car hauls ass!

I just hate the interior, and quality now. I think I am spoiled in the Acura on how well its built. The car handles like shit, and the interior is just feels cheap.

Hehe!

Well I didn't get to drive it that much for a in depth review. I can do one tomorrow evening when I get to drive it much further. But off the line, this auto Max feels like it will take us but on a roll, its to hard to tell. I hit 120 in this thing quick from 70.
