weird sound when car is cold
Heeey youuu guyyys...
Situation; When i start my car in the morning, or if its been sitting for a while, im hearing this loud whining noise coming from the front. When the car is idle i can hear it which when gas is applied it gets louder. When i turn the wheel left or right the noise becomes very loud. I quickly checked under the hood to see if i can get some ideas. The only thing ive noticed is that the steering fluid is actually past the low marker line. Seeing that the noise gets pretty loud when i turn the wheel, can it be because of the low fluid? The noise eventually goes away, say about 5-10min of driving, which it doesnt come back until the car sits off for a while. Any ideas? Ill take a movie when i can and post it. Its weird... ive never seen/heard this before.
Suggestions? thoughts?
Thanks in advance!

contrarian in fashion
fill up on ur steering fluid and see if it helps (ur gonna have to do it eventually)
it could also be a loose belt ( maybe altenator belt ) that just needs to be tightened

Cheers!
Can i use any steering fluid from a local or should i head on over to Acura and use theres? As for a lose belt, can it come off during driving or is that an extreme case? ITs just that i have to drive 3hrs north this weekend and back. Dont want to be stranded up in some scary wooded area!

Well i think (i hope) i figured it out. Last night I topped off my power steering fluid (Special Hinda/Acura type) and this morning nothing. I heard no such weird sound that ive been hearing for the past day or so. I guess ill find out for sure in the next couple of mornings. Here's a CLIP of the sound that i was getting.
Thanks guys!
