Watch out for winshield wipers
I was washing the ride today and forgot the drivers side wiper up (the only one that goes up). Went to open the hood to dry and clean in the engine bay then SSCRAAPE! Shit...the dam wiper scraped of paint about an inch long right on the edge of the hood! Going to have to get some touch up paint now. I know dumb ass thing to do leave the wiper up, but its not that bad!

Both of them go up. Turn on the wipers and pull the key when they're part way up the glass. The other one will then clear the hood. Just be sure to flip them back down before you start your car.

i did that once on my old hood, but i gotz a brand new one now cuz some1 at college jumped all over it and dented the shit out of it.
