Warranty Question

If I buy a used CL-S from a private owner will the extended 7year 100,000 transmission warranty that Acura has issued on all 200* CL's apply?

I bought a 2001 CL before and totaled it -- I loved that car and looking to get another one. Yes the vehicles stated in my signature are owned by me. Thanks Matt

It was just transfered to another shop. The shop it was at decided they did not want to take the risk due to lack of experience with the vehicles engine.
