Warped Rotors
I have an 03 CL S, and after 21K my rotors warped and messed up my braked pads. I go to the dealership and find out that it ain't covered in our "Bumper to Bumper" warranty. Anyways, just wanted to know if any of you guys have had this problem with your CL's.

Sure, this is a common problem with the cl. My brakes were done 3 times under warranty.

I just got my brakes and rotors replaced under warr. at 33k....I have yet to pay for brakes or rotos

Mine are warped too.
It’s gonna be handled when I go in for my 15K service in a few weeks.

Try another dealer. You can fight with the current dealer if you want to try. It is a common problem with CL/TL's no matter what year 01-03. There's a TSB on it.

Mine were warped at 21k miles. My dealership noticed it when they were testing out my car after they'd installed the new transmission, so they replaced the rotors and pads for free. I suspect it was because I'd been waiting for over 2 weeks to get my car back, because they told it was "to make things right".

Mine have been replaced 3 time UNDER WARRANTY. Tell the dealership they are full of shit.

Does the TSB cover the '03 CLS as well? Anyone have a soft copy of it they can send me? I hope mine don't warp...I've got 12K miles on my car now.

My rotors were warped at 5k and 10k miles. At the 5k visit for the rotors they turned them. At the 10k visit they replaced them. The next time I will be replacing them with upgraded units.

Seems like a lota brake problems. Wonder if it's worth taking a coupla minutes to file a complaint with the NHTSA. Bad brakes are a safety issue, perhaps it might get someones attention.

my rotors warped yesterday @ 38000KM. they just turned it. and wont cover under warranty.....
