warped rotors

I have been feeling the famous pulsing feeling from my brakes so I brought my baby in to the dealer (Pleasanton, CA) and they resurfaced the rotors for n/c. However, the service rep said that they could only do that once! Is this legit? Does anyone know if that service bulletin applies to 2002's? I bought mine in January. Also, should they have replaced the pads too? Thanks for the help!

Any time you resurface the rotors, you should definitely change the pads too. I do think they only have to do it once because the bulletin says it needs to change the pads because they are orginally the wrong ones...so when they resurface your rotors, they should be putting on the right pads..Good luck!

It was Jamie. I don't think Steve is that bad though.

I had the one time free truing done at 15k miles. Then went in with the TSB at 33k miles which was also free. However, if I remember correctly the TSB called out a specific date that stopped at 2002. Don't quote me on that though.
