im about to buy 01 cls and i was curious about transfer of warantee. do i need to do anything? does it just transfer automatically. my friend has a tl which he bought preowned and he thinks i would have to (he doesnt know he bought from a dealer), but hes kind of a dumbass so id like to get the real answer. also if anyone has access to a carfax... hook me up 19UYA42781A033830 thanks.

The warranty goes with the car, not the person.
