Its for dampening adjustment for the rear Teins. A small hole in the deck by the speakers, and you will never have to remove your back seat again. I am going to place a little bit of silicone on the tip so that it will stay connected to the dampening adjuster.

I wish the image worked, as that sounds interesting. I think I know hwat your talking about though. nifty idea.
