Walk in court for Fix It Ticket in CA?

Walk in court for Fix It Ticket in CA?

So i got a fix it ticket. I got it signed. But do i have to appear in WALK IN COURT to pay the $25 dismissal fee or can i just show up on/before the due date and pay the clerk the fee with the signed ticket?

I would imagine you could go in and pay it any time now, but I don't really know how they do it in CA. Ive never had to pay a dismissal fee for a fix it ticket before.

I got a fix it ticket for a brake light out. The cop told me just to go back to the station to show them i got it fix and get it signed off I remember I payed for it through the mail though

yea we have to pay $25 for a fix it ticket in Cali

And yea i should have mailed it in with a check but hey, i procrastinated haha
