Wait til they flash me now!

Just got through installing my new 100w Solaris high beams...can't wait to get flashed by the idiot that can't tell our HID lowbeams from regular highbeams :pfawk:

100 WATTS?!?!?! That is sweet!! Isn't the standard bulb only 55W??

I think the standard bulb is 50w. And I thought I was letting it ride by replacing with a 55w.

They are actually 60w 9005 bulbs, but you can replace them with higher wattages. I've never had any problem. There is actually another thread right now where pricing etc. is being discussed:

For the record, I paid $59.99 for the Solaris(pair), but only paid $24.99 (pair) for the ones for sell @ www.autocarparts.com
No difference in output, etc.
