I'm guessing its the complete name of VTEC-E, a form of VTEC enhanced for better MPG. I think only the current Civic HX has it. If I'm wrong plz correct me...

Tim (Snook), the owner of autocarparts.com, could probably comment better on this. However, this site sells components for a lot of different vehicles, and sometimes the pull-down menus do not pull-up the correct item.

At this time, we don't have a turbo, so there isn't too much use for it. Perhaps he knows something, send him an e-mail...
