Allmotor, how you doing?
Actually, there was one more made, nopiguy had one made for his cl auto. It came out very clean but haven't seen him around in quite a while. I met him at Valdosta dragstrip last year and also met the maker of his kit. They looked it over pretty good and as you can see the simalarities are almost identical to allmotors kit that I have. Here's the thread as there is more pics on a couple pages.

https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...hlight=nopiguy

I'm a performanc nut, so my votes go for

me, because i took allmotors kit up to 464whp
allmotor which was first with turbo
scalbert, quite an innovative individual
NopiGuy, pictured above
CleanCL for his perserverance with tranny and 3.5
MrSteve for the freak of a motor he had

Wow this thread brings back memories. I used to look (and droool) at almost every single one of those whips mentioned in this thread. It's hard to pick the top 5, but I would probably have to go with:

Rondog's SSM
ShineyBlueCLS
MrSteve
AllMotor
NiteQwill

Missing my CL since I sold it, but in a weird way knowing that it wouldn't ever be as clean or as fast as the some of the ones above makes it a bit easier to forget.

Hey thanks. Yeah, I tried to keep it simple but it wasn't really very special or standout from these other guys' rides. Whoever has it now must be enjoying the ride though, hope they're treatin' her well.

Ram is God

God it’s good to be back.

I recently parted with my ride because of reliability problems and because it felt like time to move on. My only problems with the car were electrical in nature. I basically learned everything I know about cars with this car, I ended up doing everything twice or three times after changing my mind. There was a short that I could never locate and the wiring became a rat’s nest and would never start, despite two consistently replaced red top Otimas in the trunk. The e-manage, a/v systems, turbo kit and Brembo brakes all worked amazing and the car pulled really hard. Ram did an unprecedented job on taking this car from a bolt-on S/C show car to a real one-off first turbo auto in the nation race car. Big props! I had the car professionally tuned once it arrived and drove it that way until now, no problems, but too much power for the worn p-zeros that I had). The recent stock tranny (however not a 2001 tranny) showed no problems with the setup (2356 miles). However I was always worried, especially during direct port passes. The car was also trying too hard to be too many things at the same time. Too heavy to go and too streetable to show. Thanks for all the friends I made on this board, it was one hell of a journey! Pictures is all I have left:

Nice looking car, except it looks like the driver-side rear swaybar endlink's allen head is rounded out

It's time to get my car cleaned up again.

The mod bug is biting me really really hard.

I may just have to show some of these noobs what's up again.
