NSX Engine

OK, I may sound really stupid by saying this but is the NSX engine built from the same engine that the 3.2L CL engine is seeing as how they're both Acuras and are both 6cyl 3.2L engines? If so, what are the differences other than placement?

Yes, the NSX are 3.2 but DOHC our is 3.2 SOHC; I'm not sure if the NSX engine and CL-S have the same engine block.. Oh yeah if you look closely on the video you will see it's an automatic NSX which is a 3.0 liter engine puts out 255 hp(stock)...
