ok..i just got done changing the oil on my 01 cl-s...n e way..i get done..go to close the hood and it won't shut....i looked everywhere in the engine bay for tools lying around but found nothing....i know this seems very stupid, but..has anybody had this problem before?

 

try checking the operation of the latch. it's very possible that the hood release cable is not springing back therefore not allowing the latch to lock.

 

ok..i got it to close..but now my hood looks like its not closed all the way..this is freaking weird...never ran into this problem before...

 

Are the hood stops turned up and out of ajdustment?
