I have done it it is a pain in the ass i am an installer for 12 years now alot of custom stuff like v1's in the mirror fiberglass, ect. i would do it but it would be the min. of two hundred bucks with you suppling the parts, the only problem i am in jersey and work in broklyn, ther aren't to many shops that can do that so good luck!

what do you mean? you have the mirror in your car right? you want to install it in the rearview mirror right?

I thought I had to buy the mirror w/ the Valentine One display in it. There is a site called www. beastpower.com that has them specially made for M5's.

Yeah, i forgot about that they are kind of pricey though, the sight is down thats comes with the v1 in it allready right? check ebay also i saw some on there a while ago
