Used car value

I am thinking of selling my 2003 CL-P. It is in excellent condition and has 17,000 miles o it. I owe $18,000 on it. I know that some of you have had a recent experience selling/trading your CL's in and I was just wondering if you guys had a ball-park on what I might be able to get for it if I was to try and sell it myself..

Some sites like KBB or Edmunds say that I could expect $21,000 for it. Maybe 17,000 on trade, but I know that some of you have been saying that the market is low right now.

Any ideas?

edmunds is a good source since it is market value. stay away from KBB. KBB basically is retail value which is a suggested price for a dealer to price a vehicle on a lot, not what the vehicle is actually selling for. also check your local papers or weekly autotrader publications to see how much they are seliing for.

Edmunds says $21,250 for a 2003 6MT with 15k miles on it.

I dunno that you'll get $21k for your CL-P. Definitely good luck though.

KBB was about 21,250 also... I found it funny but they did not offer an option for the 6-speed..

I will most likely keep the damn car. I know that driving my old truck for 2 months would get old and I would have to go and get another new car..

Guess I am just going to always have a car payment.
