Has anyone seen it on tv? Corniest thing ever. I was actually quite surprised to see an AMG product being advertised.

"A real live, albeit cartoon, monster in the engine bay" was the theme to it

Wonder why they chose such a simplistic and unrefined approach for such a vehicle in its super sedan class.

M5's and RS6's need no stinken commercials?

 

I just saw this commercial a few mins ago. At first, I thought it was another of those stupid Capital One commercials. I was surprised MB would have such horrible advertising.

 

I saw it too ... very cheesy ... but i guess it DOES get the info across that the AMG line-up exists... many people are completely ignorant to the AMG line-up's existance.

 

Any commercial is better than none. Just to get the word to someone that doesn't know AMG exists.

 

Cheesy, but it may be effective for their target audience.
