Urgent. Need help!

I am trying to put my stock catback on. Problem is the 3 bolt flanges which connect to the catalytic converer wont line up with the bolts. This is a CLS Pipe being put on a CLP. Any input?

i was under the impression the cls and clp b pipe are the same. acuraautomtiveparts.org list them as the same part #

sounds like 0ne hung low syndrome...disconnect the hanger on the stock or header down pipe

don't the clp and cls have different catalytic converters?
