UR pulley question

So I have a small issue right now and just wanted to get some opinions before i took it in to a shop. I have a feeling its my tensioner but...i had my ur stock size pulley installed a while back and sometimes when i hit WOT my rpms would slowly go up and then it feels like it would grab or the rpms would rise normally but then drop during WOT and start going back up again. I dont think its the clutch. i had that replaced just recently. would the tensioner cause the belt to slip if i need a new one? one of the pulleys is sqeaking right now too. thanks for any input

That does sound like your clutch. I don't see how the pulley would cause something like that. Besides the is a woodruff key that holds the pulley in place. If the belt is slipping it would just slip and not have much effect on the engine rpm.

Did you have the clutch done, or did you do it your self. Did you replace you rear main bearing? It could leak oil on to the the flywheel causing it to slip.
