Upper strut brace.questions

I need to know if anyone online knows how much torque is needed to bolt down the upper strut brace?

Also, I need to know if anyone has noted that once you place the bar in place and you place the original nuts on the bolts you dont get the same amount of threads above the nuts. Is there anything to worry about safety due to the bolt and nut just grasping the upper 1/3 of the bolt?

I don't think it matters, as long as it's tight.

I agree, I just tightened it down.
I don’t think it is a critical connection like the Lugs on your wheels.
