I got an Email reply from Ron at Streeteffectz.com regarding our interest in custom door sills for the CL-S....

He states that they are looking into fo us, and will be in touch.

I hope this happens, cause i want these bad!

Thanks man....I figured that if Ron was to see the replies from the first post on this earlier this week, and then see everyones anticipation with the second thread...maybe the ball will roll a bit faster.

The black/gunmetal idea is nice!.
i also like either Chrome, or the "titanium" look that matches the shiftgate and knobs on the speed/tachometer.

i figure that any of these will be a classy and sporty upgrade to our interiors.

Not exactly what i am looking for from RON...but this guy did some nice work on his TL...

I dont want the indiglo...to me it doesnt "match" the rest of our car. You hear me?

Not necessary as I want the plates for their utility. Looks a distant second. Besides I'd think Ron, or whomever will benefit, might also like to see these scuff plates also sold to Premium owners.

I like the idea of the sill saying just

ACURA...........in the acura font of course.

But....personally i would like it to say TYPE-S..just to customize more and not be so generic for all acura cars.

Nothing at all against anyone who doesnt own a TYPE-S....but i just want something that sets it apart from the rest...like the "S" is supposed to do.

we also have to remember that the sizes are not the same for all Acura's.....so we shall see i hope!

Ok fellas...i havent heard anything from Ron in a while.....so i decided to Email him again at www.streeteffectz.com

hopefully i will hear back from him......but i think if everyone here drops him an email regarding these door sills, i think we might get some action.

I'm down, too. I think we all would like to see them and at the right price will probably buy. The hardest part is always trying to get someone to make them.
