i noticed the burned out remains of an '02 or '03 CL on the back of a roll-back this morning on my way to work. the entire front of the car had been severely burned. hood, front fenders, front doors, windshield, most of the interior. only the trunk and part of the rear quarters were distinquishable.

has anyone heard of engine fires in the '02s or '03s? not trying to start a new panic but i wasn't happy to see this.

 

Ouch, maybe it was just a freak accident. A few weeks ago I saw a Cadillac CTS in flames on the side of the road, the fire dept. was spraying the foam on the car at the time. The car didn't even have license plates yet, looked brank new from the rear.

 

the front of the CL i saw this morning didn't look crashed. just burned.
